Black Eyed Susan
While I love grand scenes with mountains and snow, they would be nothing without millions--no, trillions--of these brilliant stars of the show. A Moon for Bette Lee
My grandmother was a Colorado native who loved the mountains and shared her love of skiing and adventure with me. She also loved the "sliver moon", as she called it, and I seem to have inherited her affinity for it as well. This picture of the crescent moon setting over the snow-covered continental divide is a tribute to my grandmother--Bette Lee Dallison and how her spirit lives on in her grandchildren.
